Suitable for babies around 6 weeks (can discuss if baby is younger) to actively crawling.

Baby massage empowers you as a parent to be able to alleviate teething pain, wind, colic and constipation. It can aid baby’s sleep and helps baby to calm and bond with their parent. It gives so many opportunities to really soak up your baby’s newness and enjoy a calm hour a week away from the madness of every day life.

It is the perfect first class! Classes are small and cosy, we are totally baby led so you do not need to be concerned about your little one crying/ feeding/ sleeping.

Laura even has an extra demo doll if your little one sleeps so you can practice the sequence without waking them.
